Another Search Engine in making. Preview seek Ltd. is a UK based company which has come with a new approach to your searchings. They are already boasting as “ The world's most advanced search engine”and “you will immediately see the powerful differences between traditional search engines like Google and us”

Anyway, Some of the features of Preview Seek are:

-> Shows the preview of search result website.

-> “ PreviewSeek also knows this about:” feature.
Eg: if you search a phrase which has more than one meaning then you will see this feature, like when you search Java, you get three different categories what Java means in geography, computer science and other plus your search results.

-> The best feature I think is the categorically refining the search on the left bar.

This is new and aggressive Firefox support campaign. Kill Bill's Browser and Explorer Destroyer are two web sites started by a Massachusetts based group of four friends and full-time political activists to spread Firefox in a new and innovative way.

According to them there are 13 reasons you should shift to Firefox from
Internet Explorer like:

-> You'll only see porn when you want to.
-> Mozilla has never made a talking paperclip.
-> Your computer won't spend its free time telling the world
about Viagra soft tabs.

There are 3 types of levels to support this campaign to encourage people
to download Firefox.

Level 1: Gentle Encouragement
Level 2: Semi-serious
Level 3: Dead serious

You can place an ad on your site to download Firefox through your referral and
you would get $1. But, you wont get a Firefox tab in your adsense account if
you are outside united states :-(.

Anyway, I will support this campaign and configure it on my blog very soon.

Update 1: Firefox tab is available outsite the United States as well.

Update 2: It seems that using these codes will be voilation of Google Adsense program policy. Here is what Google's adsense program policy says:

Another Google product within week is live. After Google anayltics, much awaited Google base is live.

Google Base is a free Google service that helps you publish virtually any kind of information - be it your latest riveting screenplay, a review of your favorite local dive bar, schematics for advanced robot-building, or a listing for your slightly dented 1989 Honda Accord - on Google or other Google properties.

You can upload Events, Housing, Jobs, News and Articles, Personals, Products, Reference Items, Reviews, Services, Travel, Vehicles and Wanted Ads. Your item will expire after 31 days of posting, however, you can reactivate the item and publish them again.

You can upload in bulk also. Bulk uploads allow you to upload multiple items at a time. You can upload in bulk in Tab-delimited, RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, and Atom formats.

Google Base is so powerful that some people
think Google base may impact eBay and classifieds

gOffice is here but it's not from Google. gOffice is a free web based Office suite which has Word processor, desktop publishing, presentation and spreadsheet. However, Presentation and Spreadsheet are in the developement mode.

The best part of the suite is, after creating a document it directly exports it in PDF and you can save it on your computer. Earlier, I was using Writley but it does not exports your documents in PDF. Moreover, it has only word proccessing.
